1. Delivery Timeline
- Local Orders are processed & delivered within 7 working days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Delivery times vary based on location, dress & type of order:
- Local within Pakistan: 7 working days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- International order processing & delivery: 10-12 working days once payment is received.
- Additional working days needed for Custom Stitching, Made-to-Order & Customization Orders. Please check with our team and ask for particular dress before placing order or afterwards.
We strive to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.
2. Delivery & Shipping Rates
- Local Delivery within Pakistan: FREE Delivery.
- International Delivery: FREE Delivery* (Minimum order value applies for free shipping).
3. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. Damaged Items & Full Refund within 30 Days
We deeply care about our customers and take Full Responsibility for properly Packing our items to ensure they arrive safely everywhere in the world. However, in the very very rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, we recommend to Contact us & the Carrier directly too for any issues with your shipment. We will also talk with Carrier to resolve the issue soon. For clothes, such incidents are extremely rare, but please understand that some situations might be beyond our control, and we may not be able to recover or handle damaged items.
And if you are not happy with the dresses, you are eligible to get Full Refund within 30 Days of receiving the item. You are always protected by NeeL’s 30 Days Easy Refund & Return guarantee, claim request will be reviewed and require approval from management.
